Change can be scary and making the choice to take on something new can seem overwhelming. There's a certain vulnerability with deciding to make a change for the better and the journey that follows that decision. Whether the somewhere you are trying to get to is a new habit, a goal, or however it may look like - the simple act of deciding, truly choosing and committing to yourself is the first step to getting there.
