How it works: Open the box and give the deck a good face down shuffle. Draw a card and reflect on the message. Post it up somewhere where you can see it and be reminded of the intention. 

This deck is designed to provide one card per week for an entire year, but how you use it and the frequency are up to you. Use daily, weekly, or as needed.
